- Fee definition: This fee is the percentage Basket3 charges per sale made on a merchant’s site hosted on Basket3 (not a monthly subscription).
- Term-limited: The partner’s earnings apply for a set period of time only.
- Variations: Basket3 may offer different percentages and time periods from time to time.
Partner codes
- Unique code: Each partner is issued a unique code to share.
- Onboarding use: When a merchant uses the code to onboard onto Basket3, the partner’s earnings apply.
- Optional discount: In some cases, the code may provide a discount to the onboarding merchant.
- Discount period: Any discount is time-limited as stated by Basket3.
Payments
- Calculation: Payments are based on the agreed percentage of Basket3’s pay‑as‑you‑go fee per sale.
- Schedule: Payments are made according to Basket3’s payment schedule.
- Integrity: Basket3 may withhold payments if fraudulent or misleading activity is suspected.
Access to information
- Portal visibility: Partners can view their current codes, rates, time periods, and any applicable discounts in the Basket3 online portal.
- Official source: The portal is the official source of partner information and will be kept up to date.
- Partner responsibility: Partners are responsible for checking the portal regularly to stay informed.
- No individual notices: Basket3 will not send individual notifications of changes; updates will appear in the portal.
Changes
- Programme updates: Basket3 may update percentages, time periods, or discount offers at any time.

General
- No employment: Participation does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Basket3.
- Termination: Basket3 may end a partner’s participation at any time if terms are breached.
